A very good experience with Olé Immobilier. We first met Beny in Valencia, and then Sonny took care of our unusual project! We fell for an apartment in El Verger, our favourite spot, but it was not a simple purchase: it was a life annuity sale (viager)! Despite the difficulties we faced in France getting a loan and so on, the guarantees required, and the administrative paperwork in both France and Spain, Sonny was always there and available, well backed by Valeria for the more complex matters on the notarial side. A project that succeeded thanks to Olé Immobilier.
