This fee covers the costs incurred by our property hunters to travel and visit properties in Spain before presenting them to you, as well as the initial administrative processes and the time invested in the searches.

Of the total property purchase price

We apply a minimum commission of €5,500 + VAT.

In Spain, both buyers and sellers pay a commission to their real estate professionals, typically ranging from 3% to 6%. At SpainEasy, we have set our fee at 4%, offering a fully comprehensive service for a seamless experience.
