The Retainer

550 Tax incl.

These fees will be fully refunded upon signing the purchase of the property.

Unlike US agents who work for free (and are desperate to sell fast), we charge a small retainer to dedicate our team to your search immediately. This confirms you are a serious buyer and allows us to protect your interests properly. It is fully deducted later, so it effectively costs you nothing.

The Success Fee

4​% + Tax

Paid only when you secure the property.

Minimum fee structure:

  • Properties under €100k: €5,500 (+ Tax)
  • Properties over €100k: €6,000 (+ Tax)

The €550 retainer is deducted from this amount.
