The Retainer
These fees will be fully refunded upon signing the purchase of the property.
The Success Fee
Paid only when you secure the property.
Minimum fee structure:
- Properties under €100k: €5,500 (+ Tax)
- Properties over €100k: €6,000 (+ Tax)
The €550 retainer is deducted from this amount.
