Today we are the happy owners of a small apartment in Spain, close to the French border, near L'Estartit. We now have a pied-à-terre there and we are really delighted.

Our first contact was with Sarah. She explained how everything worked after we saw an ad on Facebook. She really reassured us and then put us in touch with Romain, who covers the area where we wanted to buy.

Romain is an extraordinary property finder. He searches for properties based on your criteria and shows you the apartments, even remotely, through video viewings if you cannot travel. It is not always easy to come to Spain regularly, so this system helped us a lot.

Once the apartment was found, he took care of everything: the paperwork, the translation, the communication with the notary, the estate agent and all the necessary steps. Honestly, we had almost nothing to do. They handled everything from A to Z. We simply signed the documents when everything was ready.

We really want to thank Romain. He was extraordinarily patient, because we had a lot of questions and sometimes doubts. Some things work differently than in France, so we were sometimes a little worried. But he always took the time to explain everything clearly.

He was very available. We could call him at any time, and he answered by phone, by email or by video call. He truly supported us throughout the whole project.

Honestly, it is great to be able to buy abroad with a team like this one.
