A really good experience, and a necessary one to avoid the pitfalls of the Spanish property market. Viewings with Anis, whom I sincerely thank for his availability, his listening and his dedication to finding the ideal property for our holidays. Thanks to Teresa for all the usual checks. Thanks also to Karine, the mortgage broker recommended by Olé Immobilier. Without Olé Immobilier we could never have bought in Spain: handling the documents, the checks and so on is far too complicated for foreigners who know nothing about it. Thank you all.
