We have noticed that many Americans look for customer reviews before contacting a real estate agency, and your video review can make a difference and help us assist others.

Remember that you don’t need to be a video pro, and if your video is imperfect, it will also be more authentic and therefore much more effective. Also, we encourage you to send us your video as soon as you have 5 minutes to record it, rather than waiting for perfect conditions.

An amateur-quality video sent as soon as possible will always be more effective than the perfect video postponed until tomorrow. The saying « A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush » makes perfect sense here.

Before you start recording the video, keep the following points in mind:

• Be natural, be yourself, address the camera as if you were speaking to a friend explaining the service.
• No need to make a long video (less than two minutes is enough).
• Record everything in one go; our video team will take care of cutting out your hesitations, pauses where you don’t speak, or any erroneous sentences.
• You can repeat the same sentence during recording; we will keep the best version.

To ensure the quality of the video, please follow these instructions:

• Place your phone or camera on a stable support to avoid shaking.
• Prefer the vertical format, meaning hold your phone upright so that the framing is in portrait rather than landscape.
• Make sure you are well lit, preferably facing a window or a source of natural light.
• Speak clearly and distinctly. If possible, avoid background noise and noisy environments.
• Choose a neutral background.

You are completely free to address any topics you wish, and we even encourage you to do so. However, we have listed some questions below that you can answer if you’re looking for inspiration:

• How did you find our agency?
• What prompted you to contact us?
• Can you tell us about your first contact with one of our real estate agents?
• How did your property search and visits go?
• Now let’s talk about your real estate agent. How was your experience working with him/her?
• What were their skills, responsiveness, availability, and listening skills like?
• Do you have any concrete examples to share?
• Finally, how did your real estate transaction go?
• In short, could you share your overall satisfaction with our real estate agency?
• What did you particularly like, and what would you recommend to other clients?

However, we recommend speaking « naturally » and simply explaining your experience without necessarily following the thread of the previous questions. Express yourself as if you were talking to a friend.
