Our After-Sales Services
As specified in your service agreement, our after-sales support includes:
-
Changing the name on utility accounts (water, electricity)
-
Updating records with the homeowner association (community management)
Important: Please make sure your Spanish bank account is regularly and sufficiently funded. Unpaid bills may result in service suspension by providers.
Utility transfers are handled using the suppliers and tariffs selected by Olé Immobilier.
If you prefer to change providers or adjust tariffs, this will require a separate service request through our after-sales platform and will be billed accordingly.
Optional services available upon request (with separate fees):

Internet and Wi-Fi installation at your property
-
Energy provider comparison and cost optimization
-
Liaising with the homeowners’ association or your Spanish bank

…and many more tailored services
Securing Your Property in Spain
Ensuring your property is protected — particularly if it remains vacant — is crucial.
Spain’s legal system can offer certain protections to illegal occupants (“squatters”), making evictions a long and costly process. In serious cases, it may take over two years to recover your property through legal channels.
To protect your investment and avoid such scenarios, we strongly recommend installing a professional security system.
Through our partnership with Securitas Direct, SpainEasy Support offers complete assistance with:
-
Alarm system installation
-
Motion sensors and surveillance cameras
-
24/7 connection to a certified control center in direct contact with Spanish police
This helps deter intrusions, prevent unlawful occupancy, and ensure a swift response in case of incident.
