SpainEasy Service Pause Terms and Conditions

• The maximum duration of the pause is 4 months, renewable under certain conditions.
• During the pause period, no service will be provided, and no additional fees will be charged.
• Services will automatically resume on the pause end date unless otherwise requested by you.
• The pause period suspends and extends the duration of your original contract. For example, if you have a 12-month contract and request a 3-month pause, your total contract duration will be 15 months.
• No claims can be made regarding the pause and service conditions.
• SpainEasy cannot be held responsible for any oversight or delay in the request.
• Services will be reactivated under the original contract terms as soon as the pause period ends.
• The client is responsible for verifying that services have resumed at the end of the pause. No claims will be accepted if verification is not carried out.
