However, the Seller cannot guarantee specific results, as they depend on numerous factors beyond their control, such as real estate market conditions and decisions made by the Client.\n <\/p>\n \n The Client agrees to actively cooperate with the Seller by providing all necessary information, documents, and authorizations for the completion of the service. The Client acknowledges that any delay or failure to provide the required information may affect the quality and punctuality of the service.\n <\/p>\n \n The Client acknowledges that the success of their real estate purchase project in Spain also depends on their own diligence, decision-making, and cooperation with the Seller. The Client is solely responsible for the choices made within the scope of their project and the resulting consequences.\n <\/p>\n \n The Client agrees to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards related to real estate purchase in Spain, including tax obligations, property rules, and administrative procedures. The Seller cannot be held responsible for the Client’s violations or failures to fulfill these legal obligations.\n <\/p>\n \n The Client acknowledges that the Seller acts as a service provider and assumes no responsibility for specific results of real estate purchase in Spain. The Client is required to regularly check their email, including spam folders or filters, to ensure that no important communication is missed.\n <\/p>\n \n The Seller will take reasonable measures to ensure the security of electronic communications but cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality of information transmitted electronically.
